Ridgehill (east-southeast 2) is a neighbourhood of Brampton, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,726 living in private households. 78.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 54.9%. 21.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 55.3% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $105,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 16.0% of households rented rather than owned.
