Raglan is a neighbourhood of Oshawa, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 14,443 living in private households. 59.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 26.2%. 40.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 38.0% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $114,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 28.0% of households rented rather than owned.
