Queensville (west) is a neighbourhood of East Gwillimbury, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,998 living in private households. 9.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 2.4%. 88.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 13.3% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $115,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 11.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 39.05 km², giving a population density of 102 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
