Bradford West Gwillimbury (east) is a neighbourhood of Bradford West Gwillimbury, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,016 living in private households. 16.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 3.7%. 81.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 27.5% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $78,500 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 42.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.51 km², giving a population density of 1,144 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
