Bradford West Gwillimbury (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Bradford West Gwillimbury, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,570 living in private households. 14.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 4.2%. 84.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 28.3% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $130,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 3.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.73 km², giving a population density of 3,529 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
