Bradford West Gwillimbury (northeast) is a neighbourhood of Bradford West Gwillimbury, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,171 living in private households. 17.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 3.5%. 78.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 25.7% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $96,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 19.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.20 km², giving a population density of 1,304 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
