Lakeview Park is a neighbourhood of Oshawa, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,265 living in private households. 23.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 11.4%. 70.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 7.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 17.2% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $76,500 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 39.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.40 km², giving a population density of 1,777 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
