Deckers Hill is a neighbourhood of Pickering, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 8,874 living in private households. 78.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 40.8%. 20.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 45.4% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $122,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 14.9% of households rented rather than owned.
