Bradford West Gwillimbury (south-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Bradford West Gwillimbury, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,227 living in private households. 34.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 9.2%. 64.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 34.6% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $131,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 9.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.36 km², giving a population density of 4,566 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
