Beverley Acres (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Richmond Hill, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,978 living in private households. 89.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 60.7%. 10.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 68.9% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $127,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 7.3% of households rented rather than owned.
