Thornhill Woods is a neighbourhood of Vaughan, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,793 living in private households. 44.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 18.1%. 55.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 50.4% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide.
