The Arbors is a neighbourhood of Aurora, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 16,709 living in private households. 63.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 39.6%. 35.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 49.4% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $122,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 16.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 7.76 km², giving a population density of 2,154 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
