St. Andrews on the Hill is a neighbourhood of Aurora, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,110 living in private households. 22.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was West Asian at 7.6%. 77.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 26.9% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $153,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 6.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 4.02 km², giving a population density of 1,271 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
