Northwood Park (west-southwest 4) is a neighbourhood of Brampton, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,944 living in private households. 88.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 49.5%. 11.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 55.1% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $121,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 14.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.68 km², giving a population density of 7,249 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
