Northwood Park (west-southwest 3) is a neighbourhood of Brampton, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,168 living in private households. 82.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 41.6%. 17.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 55.2% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $125,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 8.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.81 km², giving a population density of 3,930 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
