Northwood Park (east-northeast 2) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,672 living in private households. 60.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Southeast Asian at 13.5%. 39.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 49.8% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $84,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 29.3% of households rented rather than owned.
