Little Tibet is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,511 living in private households. 50.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 15.4%. 48.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 46.3% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $54,400 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 75.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.29 km², giving a population density of 12,204 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
