Lemonville is a neighbourhood of Whitchurch-Stouffville, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 10,270 living in private households. 53.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 24.0%. 45.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 39.3% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $113,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 16.1% of households rented rather than owned.
