Jackson's Point is a neighbourhood of Georgina, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,728 living in private households. 10.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 2.1%. 85.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 16.2% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $86,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 21.1% of households rented rather than owned.
