Belhaven is a neighbourhood of Georgina, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,539 living in private households. 12.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 2.7%. 84.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 13.9% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $116,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 20.2% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.89 km², giving a population density of 1,680 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
