Headford (north) is a neighbourhood of Richmond Hill, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,807 living in private households. 81.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 50.2%. 18.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 60.4% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $128,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 13.7% of households rented rather than owned.
