Boyne (southeast 1) is a neighbourhood of Milton, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,093 living in private households. 76.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 42.6%. 22.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 53.0% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $114,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 33.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.72 km², giving a population density of 5,709 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
