Sheridan Homelands is a neighbourhood of Mississauga, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,899 living in private households. 49.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 10.7%. 49.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 44.8% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $103,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 14.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.38 km², giving a population density of 2,895 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
