Pine Grove (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Vaughan, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,297 living in private households. 18.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 4.0%. 81.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 47.2% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $106,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 7.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.05 km², giving a population density of 3,142 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
