Martin Grove Gardens (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,641 living in private households. 72.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 34.9%. 27.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 58.0% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $74,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 58.0% of households rented rather than owned.
