Martin Grove Gardens (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,935 living in private households. 41.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 12.5%. 58.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 44.9% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $78,500 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 71.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.07 km², giving a population density of 5,543 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
