Hagerman's Corners (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Markham, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,354 living in private households. 95.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 43.8%. 4.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 64.5% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $102,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 15.2% of households rented rather than owned.
