Davenport (northwest) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,491 living in private households. 29.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 9.5%. 69.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 37.4% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $90,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 35.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.55 km², giving a population density of 6,401 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
