Coppin's Corners (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Uxbridge, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,964 living in private households. 13.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 5.2%. 84.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 18.2% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $137,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 10.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 188.42 km², giving a population density of 26 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
