College Manor is a neighbourhood of Newmarket, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 8,386 living in private households. 31.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 10.3%. 67.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 31.8% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $109,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 20.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 5.12 km², giving a population density of 1,638 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
