Clearview Heights is a neighbourhood of King, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 8,659 living in private households. 20.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 5.9%. 78.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 30.0% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $154,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 10.8% of households rented rather than owned.
