Clarks Corners (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,025 living in private households. 83.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 43.5%. 15.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 59.2% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $79,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 33.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.05 km², giving a population density of 4,794 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
