Beverley Acres (west) is a neighbourhood of Richmond Hill, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,018 living in private households. 46.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was West Asian at 22.0%. 52.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 55.1% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $119,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 11.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.56 km², giving a population density of 2,573 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
