Sunningdale (north) is a neighbourhood of Oakville, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,550 living in private households. 36.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 10.3%. 62.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 34.7% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $159,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 7.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.80 km², giving a population density of 3,637 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
