Lakeshore Village (east-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 1,049 living in private households. 31.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Black at 10.0%. 66.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 41.4% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $54,400 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 86.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.15 km², giving a population density of 7,107 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
