Dublin Heights (south 1) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,239 living in private households. 44.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 17.5%. 55.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 56.1% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $85,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 52.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.14 km², giving a population density of 6,349 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
