Brookhill (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Clarington, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,548 living in private households. 14.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 3.5%. 82.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 14.5% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $78,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 41.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 5.12 km², giving a population density of 888 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
