Bloorcourt Village (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,074 living in private households. 20.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 4.7%. 76.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 23.4% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $104,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 46.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.50 km², giving a population density of 8,119 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
