Beaumonde Heights (south) is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,047 living in private households. 75.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 38.4%. 24.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 55.8% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $87,000 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 37.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.41 km², giving a population density of 3,574 people per square kilometre (the Greater Toronto Area averages about 920).
