Applewood is a neighbourhood of Mississauga, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,569 living in private households. 40.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 11.8%. 59.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity.
