Alexandra Park is a neighbourhood of Toronto, in the Greater Toronto Area. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,505 living in private households. 72.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 55.2% across the Greater Toronto Area as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 32.7%. 24.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 47.9% of the population, compared with 45.1% citywide. Median household income before tax was $63,600 in 2020, compared with $199,000 for the Greater Toronto Area. 68.2% of households rented rather than owned.
